Mothers compared to fathers?

As an individual that grew up experiencing rural, urban, and suburban America, I consider myself less than an expert in the understanding of nature, albeit with that said; I consider myself a hell of a lot more than a novice.

According to Webster: “moth·er,” (in context) n. Being the source or origin of life.

For those of us that consider “nature” to be an (actual entity), mankind’s father is the sky.

Earth and sky together, are indeed (to the majority) of God’s children, mankind’s “mother and father,” so I ask you; “Why has this reality been lost to “our” (managers) in Washington D.C.?
