Good morning, it’s been a very good week here in the upper Midwest, mild temperatures with sunshine in the afternoon…

“Men with their act together, make their own luck – loser.”

Hello Dean, sorry my bad! It slipped my mind for a moment, I forgot there are (some) on this planet that have never ridden a motorcycle.

Albeit in my defense – I don’t spend much time pondering the mind-set of liberals – or men with vaginas.

Reliable statistics are extremely difficult to obtain. Many sexual reassignment procedures are conducted in private facilities that are not subject to reporting requirements.

Sexual reassignment surgery is often conducted outside of the United States. The number of gender reassignment procedures conducted in the United States each year is estimated at between 100 and 500. The number worldwide is estimated to be two to five times larger. (Source, surgery Encyclopedia.com).

Tinell@…        The difference between them and us.

There has been a law against racism before Barack Obama was elected. Maybe you should think about your behavior before you go around shouting about the president.

Hello Tinell, thank you for your comment and your opinion, as I have heralded on many occasions, I have no argument with Barack Obama as he came from his mother’s womb.

Albeit, as a (bigot) I do have an argument with his ideology and the anti-constitutional policies of his administration.

(Sidebar).

According to Webster: “big·ot,” One who is strongly partial to one’s own group, religion, race, or politics and is intolerant of those who differ.

Hate speech is, “outside the law,” communication that vilifies a person or a group based on (discrimination) against that person or group.

In law, hate speech is any speech, gesture or conduct, writing, or display which is forbidden because it may incite violence or prejudicial action against or by a protected individual or group, or because it disparages or intimidates a protected individual or group.

The law may identify a protected individual or a protected group by certain characteristics. In some countries, a victim of hate speech may seek redress under civil law, criminal law, or both.

A website that uses hate speech is called a hate site. Most of these sites contain Internet forums and news briefs that emphasize a particular viewpoint. There has been debate over how freedom of speech applies to the Internet.

Critics of the internet have argued that the term “hate speech” is an example of (Newspeak), “used to silence” (critics of social policies) that have been poorly implemented in a rush to appear politically correct. (Source, Wikipedia).

Racism is generally defined as actions, practices, or beliefs that consider the human species to be divided into races with shared traits, abilities, or qualities, such as personality, intellect, morality, or other cultural behavioral characteristics, and especially the belief that races can be ranked as inherently superior or inferior to others, or that members of different races should be treated differently.

The exact definition of racism is controversial both because there is little scholarly agreement about the meaning of the concept “race”, and because there is also little agreement about what does and doesn’t constitute discrimination.

Critics argue that the term is applied differentially, with a focus on such prejudices by whites, and defining mere observations of racial differences as racism.

Some definitions would have it that any assumption that a person’s behavior would be influenced by their racial categorization is racist, regardless of whether the action is intentionally harmful or pejorative.

According to Webster: “pe·jor·a·tive,” Disparaging; belittling.

Continuing…

Other definitions only include consciously malignant forms of discrimination.

Among the questions about how to define racism are the question of whether to include forms of discrimination that are unintentional, such as making assumptions about preferences or abilities of others based on racial stereotypes.

Whether to include symbolic or institutionalized forms of discrimination such as the circulation of ethnic stereotypes through the media, and whether to include the socio-political dynamics of social stratification that sometimes have a racial component.

Some definitions of racism also include discriminatory behaviors and beliefs based on cultural, national, ethnic, caste, or religious stereotypes.

Racism and racial discrimination are often used to describe discrimination on an ethnic or cultural basis, independent of whether these differences are described as racial.

According to the United Nations convention, there is no distinction between the terms racial discrimination and ethnic discrimination, and superiority based on racial differentiation is scientifically false, morally condemnable, socially unjust and dangerous, and that there is no justification for racial discrimination, in theory or in practice, anywhere.

In history, racism was a driving force behind the transatlantic slave trade, and behind states based on racial segregation such as the U.S. in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries and South Africa under apartheid.

Practices and ideologies of racism are universally condemned by the United Nations in the Declaration of Human Rights.

It has also been a major part of the political and ideological underpinning of genocides such as The Holocaust, but also in colonial contexts such as the rubber booms in South America and the Congo, and in the European conquest of the Americas and colonization of Africa, Asia and Australia. Accordingly, in summation for Tinell, ..I personally don’t care what color you are, ..or what color Barack Obama is. I stood shoulder to shoulder with black men in Vietnam in 1965, the operative word in there, (men), …

weapons squad, Vietnam 65

..one of the two black men in this picture now has his name engraved on the Vietnam wall in Washington D.C., ..the other returned home “severely wounded” to be greeted by a nation that spurned him, not for the color of his skin, ..but rather for being a dutiful citizen in the service of his country. Not that it would matter to a meathead like you, ..I have a Purple Heart as well.

In closing; Barack Obama (in my most considered opinion) is incompetent, a liar, (craven) and ideologically opposed to the U.S. Constitution, the marvelous document that (guarantees) my freedom of speech, ..as well as freedom of the press that I enjoy daily.

Truth forges understanding, I’ll be back tomorrow
